The technician at Aire-Serv of Knoxville was amazing. He was prompt and knowledgeable in anything heating and air. He clearly explained the problem and what needed to be repaired. He told me the cost upfront and what parts he would be installing. Aire-Serv always sends me a text with a picture of the technician who will be working on the unit. This is a great company with employees who are pleasant and trustworthy.
